With the development of the scientific society, the electronic wireless crane scale is also in continuous innovation. It can realize a variety of function settings from the simple electronic weighing to many update functions and can be widely used in the many fields.
1. The indicator cannot be charged
If there is no reaction when connecting the charger (that is, there is no voltage display on the display window of the charger),it may be due to over discharge (voltage below 1V), and the charger can not be detected. Press the charger discharge button first, and then insert the indicator.
2. There is no weighing signal after the instrument is started.
Please check whether the battery voltage of the scale body is normal, plug in the transmitter antenna, and switch on the transmitter power supply. If there is still no signal, please check whether the indicator channel corresponds to the transmitter.
3. The printed characters are not clear or can not be typed
Please check whether the ribbon falls off or the ribbon has no printing color, and replace the ribbon. (How to change the ribbon: After installing the ribbon, press and hold the knob and turn clockwise a few times.)
4.The printer paper difficulty in print
Check if too much dust, and can clean the printer head and add trace lubricating oil.
5. Numbers jumping around
The frequency of the body and instrument can be changed if there is interference of electronic balance with the same frequency nearby.
6, If switch on the balance body part of the power supply and found that the battery line or battery heating ,
remove the battery socket and reinsert it.
Notes for use of electronic crane scale:
1. The weight of the item shall not exceed the maximum range of the electronic crane scale
2、The electronic crane scale shackle (ring), hook and hanging object between the shaft pin shall not exist stuck phenomenon, that is, in the vertical direction of the contact surface should be in the center point position, not in two sides of the contact and stuck, there should be sufficient degrees of freedom.
3. When running in the air, the lower end of the hanging object must not be lower than a person's height. The operator should keep a distance of more than 1 meter from the hanging object.
4.Do not use slings to lift objects.
5.When not working, the electronic crane scale, rigging, hoisting fixture is not allowed to hang heavy objects, should be unloade to avoid permanent deformation of parts.
